Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose Delivery or Pick-Up, select your area, add items to your cart and press Checkout. Enter your name, mobile number and address, and place the order. You will get a WhatsApp message when we receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery. For pick-up orders, you pay at the counter when you collect your order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Call or WhatsApp us at 0335 2662255 as soon as possible. Once your order is being prepared, changes may not be possible.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Some areas have a minimum order. If yours does, the cart shows it before you check out.
Delivery
What are your timings?
We take online orders every day from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
How long does delivery take?
Usually around 45 minutes, depending on your area and how busy we are. The cart shows the expected time before you order.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Karachi. Tap "Use my current location" or search for your area when you start your order. If your area is in the list, we deliver there, and the delivery fee is shown in the cart.
How can I track my order?
After you order you will see your order status page, and we send WhatsApp messages when your order is received and when it is confirmed. For anything else, call or WhatsApp us.

What sizes are available?
Beef Khatri Biryani and Beef Changezi Pulao come in 1 Pao, Half kg, 3 Pao and 1 kg; the Special in Half kg and 1 kg. Chicken Biryani comes in Half kg, 1 kg and Family Pack. Singaporean Rice comes in Regular, Large and two family packs. Desserts come by cup, half or full.
Can I add instructions to my order?
Yes. You can add a note to an item, or write instructions for us at checkout.
Do you take large or party orders?
Yes. For large or party orders, call or WhatsApp us at 0335 2662255.

Do I need an account?
No. Just enter your name, number and address when you order. They are remembered on your device for next time.

How do I cancel my order?
Call or WhatsApp us at 0335 2662255 as soon as possible. An order that is already being prepared may not be cancellable.
